Scoping

Since 2023, Congolese law governs data hosting and processing. We treat it as a deliverable, not a footnote.
- Data hosted in the DRCOrdinance-Law 23/010, the Digital Code. Your production data stays in Kinshasa; only encrypted backup copies are replicated outside the country.
- ARPTC declaration prepared with youPersonal-data processing must be declared to or authorised by the regulator. We prepare the file with you.

Our transparency commitment
Every project on this site says whether it is a demonstrator we built ourselves or a real client. We publish no usage, revenue or impact figure that you cannot verify yourself. When a client agrees to be named, their name and testimonial will appear here, with a contact.

IK Digital Solutions is a software studio founded by Israel Kapanga, based in Kentucky, United States. We build systems that must hold up in Congo's real conditions: unstable network, power cuts, customers without e-mail, payments in dollars and francs. We work in French with your teams and in English with your partners, and we travel for scoping and go-live.
