ETS Financial Services SARLU
A twelve-page bilingual site for a Lubumbashi financial consulting firm, with online appointment booking and secured forms.

This project was delivered to a real client. The site is live at the address shown: open it and check for yourself what is described here.
Client type and problem
Financial consulting and insurance · Lubumbashi
ETS Financial Services serves companies and individuals in Haut-Katanga: business development, partner relations, life, income, mortgage and funeral insurance, retirement planning and wealth protection. The firm needed a credible online presence for local and foreign partners, in French and English.
The site had to be fast, secure and accessible, let visitors book an appointment, download the firm's profile and reach it by WhatsApp or e-mail, with no server to maintain.
What we built
- Bilingual static site: home, services, resources, careers, appointment booking and contact, in French and English
- Appointment booking with a calendar and keyboard-accessible time slots
- Contact and application forms with a honeypot anti-spam field and inline error messages, no alert pop-ups
- WhatsApp button, downloadable company profile in PDF, FAQ accordion, articles in a modal window
- Security and accessibility audit: CSP, HSTS and anti-clickjacking headers, ARIA landmarks on every page, skip-to-content link, corrected colour contrast
How it holds up in the DRC
- Static pages with no framework: fast on Lubumbashi mobile connections
- Contact by WhatsApp and e-mail, no account needed
- Full English version for mining partners and foreign investors
- No application server or database: nothing to restart after a power cut
Deployment
- Vercel hosting with automatic HTTPS, global CDN and clean URLs
- Automatic deployment from the GitHub repository on every change
- Security headers declared in the hosting configuration
- Sitemap and robots.txt for search engines
Monitoring
- Static site with no database: minimal attack surface, nothing to back up server-side
- Forms delivered by e-mail through Web3Forms, appointments through Google Apps Script
- Content updates to the French and English pages on the client's request
- Security and accessibility audits repeated after each change
