A skincare brand sells on Instagram and WhatsApp: prices are negotiated in private messages, orders get lost, and every payment is checked by hand on the owner's phone. Sets, promo codes and refills are impossible to offer without explaining everything to each customer.

The brand needed a shop that presents the products, lets the customer build a bag, applies discounts on its own and collects by mobile money before shipping.

What we built

• Home page with hero, service promises, illustrated categories and bestsellers
• Catalogue with category and price filters, sorting, search by product or ingredient, wishlist
• Side bag with quantities, free-delivery threshold, automatic set discount from three products and a promo code
• Payment by MTN MoMo, Airtel Money, card or on delivery, with an order reference and SMS confirmation
• Customer reviews, ingredients banner, newsletter sign-up

How it holds up in the DRC

• Vector illustrations and compressed photos: the page stays fast on 3G
• Mobile money and cash on delivery, no bank card required
• SMS confirmation for customers without e-mail
• Prices in francs, delivery in 1 to 2 days in major cities, adaptable to Lubumbashi by changing the zones
