A courier company takes orders by phone and WhatsApp, quotes prices from memory, and customers call three times to ask where their parcel is. Businesses that ship every day want an account, volume rates and a monthly invoice.

The site had to sell the service on one page, give a price before booking, collect by mobile money and answer "where is my parcel?" on its own.

What we built

• Home page with a price estimator: origin, destination, parcel size and speed give an immediate price and delivery time
• Pickup booking with MTN MoMo, Airtel Money or cash, SMS confirmation and a tracking number
• Parcel tracking with a timeline: picked up, departed hub, in transit, out for delivery, delivered
• Four illustrated services, pricing table, six-city coverage map, FAQ
• Business quote form and courier recruitment tile

How it holds up in the DRC

• One light page with compressed photos: readable on 3G, even on an entry-level phone
• Mobile money and cash to the courier, no bank card required
• SMS confirmation and tracking for customers without the app
• Prices in francs, realistic delivery times per city, adaptable to Lubumbashi or Goma by changing one list
