How to respond
1. Register
Form below, with RCCM, tax number and tax certificate. Validation within ten working days.
2. Obtain the file
Registered suppliers receive the tender file by e-mail as soon as it is published.
3. Submit the bid
Technical and financial bids in separate envelopes, before the closing date, at the address given in the file.
4. Result
Every bidder is informed of the result in writing, with reasons in case of rejection.
Rules
We pay at 30 days from invoice date. No gifts, no commissions: any employee who asks for one must be reported to the green line or to achats@cimenterie-du-fleuve.cd. The supplier code of conduct is part of every contract.
