Quality control

The plant laboratory runs fineness, setting-time and strength tests on every mill every day. Every bag carries the batch number and bagging date. Bags are bought anonymously from retailers and tested every month.

Storage advice

  • Keep bags away from rain and damp, on pallets, never on bare ground.
  • Use within three months of the bagging date printed on the bag.
  • Do not stack more than ten bags. Use the oldest bags first.
  • Wear gloves and goggles: cement irritates skin and eyes.
