How it works
Origin, destination, parcel size: the price appears before you confirm. On the website, the app or WhatsApp.
A courier arrives in 45 minutes on average, or drop the parcel at one of our 28 relay points.
SMS or WhatsApp at every step, the courier's live position on delivery day.
The recipient signs on the courier's phone. Proof photo and receipt in your account.

Payment
Mobile money, card or cash to the courier. Either the sender or the recipient can pay, and cash on delivery is paid out within 24 hours.

Couriers
Paid per delivery, paid out every Friday by mobile money, helmet, vest and insurance provided. No motorbike? The Kimia Moto programme rents you one.
News
Amounts collected by our couriers are paid to shops the day after delivery, via M-Pesa, Orange Money, Airtel Money or bank transfer. The delay used to be seven days.
Accounts shipping more than 1,000 parcels a month are paid every day at 6 pm.
Three cargo flights a week now serve Mbandaka. Parcels over 100 kg leave Kinshasa by barge, on quotation, in eight to twelve days.
